Community Center FAQ
What types of table and chairs do you have?
We have 115 padded chairs, ten (10) 30″ x 6′ rectangle tables, one (1) 8′ x 30″ rectangular table, and seven (7) 6ft diameter round tables. Table cloths are not provided. Tables and chairs are stored in a closet in the back of the building. You are responsible for setting up and breaking down tables and chairs.
Can we have alcohol there?
It is okay, but the IHIA is not liable.
What is the quality of the water?
New water filtration system has been installed with reverse osmosis and UV filters.
What are the bathroom facilities?
Two Bathrooms inside and additional outhouse outside.
Who is responsible for cleaning?
YOU ARE! You are responsible for any cleaning fees or damages incurred during your rental of the community center.
Do you offer special rates for certain groups?
Yes! If you are a member in good standing and have been for a minimum of one year prior to the requested rental date, you are entitled to a discount. These discounts are found on our membership renewal form.
Can I receive a discounted rate if I provide insurance?
Yes, if you provide a qualifying Certificate of Insurance. See rental agreement for details.
